Our Story

Valentine's Day 80s Lates at Tate Britain 2025: Dan Weill Photography

We are a London based, POC run collective that focuses on uplifting marginalised bodies and making art accessible for everyone. Our aim is to provide a fresh take on what life drawing can be, so that you can switch off from the world, practise your drawing skills, and socialise within an informal environment.

Originally beginning as a group of artists who met back in 2012 at a regular life drawing class in East London, “2B Or Not 2B Collective” was a class that launched at a pub called The Macbeth hence our Shakespeare inspired name. Over time this collective has evolved and changed over the years into what it is today.

As well as running our own workshops, providing sessions for corporate environments to working with kids in schools and consulting for brands, we’ve also worked with renowned institutions and companies such as the National Gallery, Royal Academy, NHS, Kew Gardens, Saatchi Gallery, Selfridges, Lululemon, to name a few.

Come join our next session and tap into an international network of talented, friendly and open artists, we’d love to have you along!
